 The average working day at an office job is 8 hours per day x 60 minutes. That’s 480 total minutes of working at the office each day.

A week is a time unit equal to seven days, as defined by the International System of Units, and is the standard period used for cycles of rest days in most parts of the world.

There are 7 days in a week, 168 hours in a week, 10,080 minutes in a week, 604800 seconds in a week.

Calculation

1 week=7days

 1 day =1440minutes 

Total minutes in a week =7×1440=10,080 minutes

Total minutes in a week =10,080 ×60=604800 seconds

How Many Minutes & seconds in 1 Month?

A month is 1/12 of a year. One month is a period comprising 28-31 days.  The average period of a month is 30.4 days. A month can be measured by a calendar or by the orbit of the moon around Earth. There are 720 hours, 43200 minutes, and 2592000 seconds in a month.

Calculation

1 month=30days

 1 day =1440minutes 

Total minutes in a Month =30×1440=43,200 minutes

Total seconds in a Month =43200×60=2592000 seconds

How Many Minutes & seconds in 1 Year?

The year is a measurement of time defined in our calendar as the number of days required by the Earth to complete one revolution around the sun. A year is 12 months and 52 weeks long. It is a measurement of time equal to 3,1536,000 seconds.

Calculation

1 year=365 day

 1 day =1440 minutes 

Total minutes in a year =365×1440=525,600 minutes

Total seconds in a year =525,600 ×60=3,1536,000 seconds

HOW TO SPEND A DAY
