Meat is treated as a celebratory food or side dish, and isn’t eaten in abundance. These kinds of dietary changes are perhaps easier if you use day care for elderly. They are, however, vital. Another change that may need to be made is to reduce dairy foods, such as milk, cheese, cream and butter. This is because dairy foods are relative newcomers in our diet and our bodies are not best adapted for it. In fact, in many parts of the world, there are people who are lactose intolerant because their bodies have never learnt to process dairy products.
