Working through stages of Cardio vascular and yoga stances to maintain blood circulating and core strength, onto body weight lifts and crunches, all inside 45 min workout.
The remaining 15 minutes of the session adapts a co counseling session where participants are supported to talk through issues and concern of their anxieties facing them during the difficult times of further lockdowns.
